Client-Initiated Cancellations:
→ 30+ Days Before Departure: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
→ 15-29 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
→ Less than 15 Days Before Departure: No refund.
Company-Initiated Cancellations:
In the unlikely event of a company-initiated cancellation, a full refund will be provided, or the client may choose to reschedule the trip.
Refund Processing:
Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process. All refunds are subject to any applicable bank or transaction fees.
